Mr. Jones tells Judd to spread lies about the new school plan so that the vote will fail. When the new school plan is voted down, Chuck sees Mr. Jones and Judd acting suspicious, as if they had something to do with the outcome of the vote.

The Story Of Bishop Walsh

Storyline: Troops surround the town and open fire on the bandits holding Father Walsh prisoner. The bandit chief orders Father Walsh to make terms with the troops and he uses that opportunity to escape. He returns to the USA, is made a Monsignor and returns to China with $40,000 raised with Cardinal O'Connell's help. The funds are used to build a school for girls, a dispensary and a religious center. In 1921, the Red Chinese are starting to cause trouble within the government.
