Canin' Ball

Storyline: During a baseball game between Cleveland and Boston, the ball was hit into the outfield and rolled into an empty tin can. The fielder couldn't get the ball out of the can, so he threw the can and ball still in it to the catcher, who tagged the runner with the can. The umpire ruled the runner safe, because the rules say you have to tag the runner with the ball and not a can.

Storyline: There once was a purpose for things like cuffs on trousers, but today they are only relics of the past. A look at how men's clothing has changed over the years and the reason behind it.

Traitor's Luck

Storyline: The true story of the secret plan to have Benedict Arnold captured and brought to justice for being a traitor. The plan failed and Arnold returned to England, where he lived a lonely life and died in obscurity.

Storyline: The police set up a road block to trap Speed Kling with Chuck and Archie in hot pursuit. Pete manages to get control of Speed's steering wheel and swerves the vehicle off the road and into a muddy field, where they are arrested by the police. The hit and run victim is mending well and gets a ride of honor in a 1906 Franklin touring car. Mike Kelly has been judged the safest driver in the Automobile Safety Contest and Chuck White has been elected honorary member of the Junior Auto Club and must supervise the restoration of an old Stanley Steamer, much to his chagrin.
