Storyline: Ali peers into a groundhog's hole. The groundhog is offended, picks up his hole and leaves.

Storyline: When a drawbridge is close, Bobbie and Ruthie drive Henrietta into the river. Mr. Giltrock follows in a small boat he bought from a fisherman and hatches a plot to catch Henrietta in a huge fishing net.

Old Abe Famous Civil War Bird

Storyline: True story of Old Abe, a bald eagle, who became the mascot of the 8th Regiment Volunteers of Wisconsin in 1861. He led his regiment into 25 battles and 25 skirmishes during the Civil War and never flinched under fire. In his retirement, he made personal appearance tours to raise money for retired soldier's homes and children would sell photographs of the bird to help raise money.

Carbon Dioxide Gas...

Storyline: Two experiments using carbon dioxide (CO2). One experiment uses CO2 to extinguish a flame and the other uses CO2 to pop a cork out of a bottle.

Red Victim: The Story Of Bishop Walsh

Storyline: In 1918, a young Father Walsh tries to perform missionary work in Japan, Manchuria and Korea, but the Catholic leaders don't want his help. They feel that because he is an American, he would not be able to get used to the customs of the people. Finally, in Hong Kong, he is offered a missionary position and has to learn the Chinese way of life, their language, writing, customs, food, etc.

Storyline: Chuck is offered the job of managing editor of The Star when Mr. Jones forecloses on the mortgage. Judd is jealous of Hobey's success with the skating pond and after he pours a case of rock salt on the ice to weaken it, a girl skater falls through the ice.
