Uncle Scrooge, Donald and his nephews are running from ghosts.

Lackheed is out to buy an old mining railroad Scrooge has shares in, so he goes to a ghost town to find the stock certificate. But an old nemesis is stealing everyone's shares, until Scrooge and some locals stop him.
Uncle Scrooge has a full barber and massage crew come up to his office just to kill time, and Louie believes they're torturing Uncle Scrooge.
Louie wears blue in this story.
Story Featuring Mickey Mouse
Goofy's house is cold but when he discovers it's warmer near the ceiling, he hangs a swing up there and sits in it. The idea then catches on as a fad in the neighborhood.

Uncle donates a statue to the city...of himself.
Story Featuring Gyro Gearloose
Gyro creates a bubble with a summer environment in winter, and everyone in the neighborhood shows up to use it, driving Gyro to leave.
Scrooge shows Donald around a new castle that appears to be very expensive, until Donald sees the towels came from various hotels.
