Storyline: Because Simba has renounced his evil past and confessed his thefts to Major Farr, he is put on probation in the Major's care. However, the evil Dr. Karno is not about to let Simba get away with that, especially since Simba has put the Police on the doctor's trail. With the help of Grof, the doctor kidnaps Simba from Farr Academy, takes him to his lab and operates on his brain to make him cruel and vicious.

They spot a cruise ship and the passengers on board throwing coins into the water for native divers to retrieve. However, when one of the divers is swamped and hit by a boat, the boys rescue him.......in gratitude, the man gives the boys a black box he found in the waters. When they open it, they find a mysterious map inside.

Storyline: The Twister comes upon the scenes of an airplane attacking a car and watching a group of crooks take a black bag from that car. When he talks to the dying driver of the car, he discovers the gang has made off with the Monger Jewels, which were being transported by the man to Washington.
