Cobra Commander Captured at Last!
"In the shadow of the Ober-Gabelhorn near the Italian border of Switzerland..."
Storyline
In Switzerland the Baroness gets full plastic surgery reconstruction and a new costume as Major Bludd attempts to blackmail Cobra Commander for his role in the Baroness's 'accident' and Destro's failed assassination (issue 16).
