Destro Returns!
"Coney Island isn't what it used to be, but it's still there-- festering off the coast of Brooklyn like the remains of an ancient birthday party..."
Storyline
Both the Joes and Destro head to Coney Island looking for Scar-Face, but Snake-Eyes and Kwinn reach him first and learn Dr. Venom's location. Destro snatches Scar-Face from the Joes and heads to Libya. In Libya, Venom injects Scar-Face with the toxin as they head out in an armored column. The Joes capture Scar-Face exactly as planned by Destro, so Cobra can finally learn where the Joes' hidden base is.
