Evil Star relates his origin as he battles Green Lantern. He is re-imprisoned and events of future issues, featuring Eddore of Tront and Donny Weems, are foreshadowed.

After saving some of his fellows from an earthquake, the Green Lantern of Penelo discovers that the source of the earthquake is alien raiders altering the activity of the planet's sun.
