Story Featuring New Mutants
"Once upon a time, a demon said to a very little girl..."
S'ym follows Illyana to earth and battles the New Mutants. They learn that Illyana is a mutant, with the power of teleportation, but she keeps her sorcery a secret. Doug gets a scholarship to the Massachusetts Academy, the school run by the Hellfire Club.
This story picks up where the Magik miniseries leaves off. The story is told from Illyana's point-of-view, and she joins the New Mutants after this story. The story continues in Uncanny X-Men #180, where Kitty and Doug are kidnapped by the White Queen.
