Storyline

As Bruce and Rachel grow closer, Batman crosses paths with the Reaper again. Desperate to put an end to the Reaper's brutal form of justice, Batman makes an alliance with a cabal of mob bosses, who pair the hero with their enforcer, Joe Chill.
