Storyline: After midnight in Gotham, D.J. Dark hosts his nightly radio show, a hobo is killed, Batman pursues a cocaine smuggler, and police track a murderer, Deke Mitchel, who escaped from prison and is seeking someone named Kadaver. Mitchel hides from the police amongst hazardous waste, which ignites and explodes due to a random lightning strike. Mitchel is presumed dead...
