Storyline

Johnny discovers that his girlfriend Frankie has developed superpowers similar to his own. As her repressed memories return, she recalls how she gained her powers in an accident where her stepfather, Professor Phineas T. Horton, tried to revive the original Human Torch, the robot fighter from WWII.
