Storyline

An underworld gangster puts out a $100,000 reward for the killing of Clark Kent. Lois actually sees Clark get shot in the arm, so he has to wear a sling for the rest of the story. Meanwhile, the Kingpin is convinced that the only way Clark could have avoided all his deathtraps is if he was Superman.

Storyline

Kylen discovers a new scientific weapon so the Planeteers assign Tommy to a plain clothes detail to protect him. When Ennis releases Kylen's discovery it destroys the space vessel they are travelling on, so they all end up trapped on a small planetoid. But Tommy creates a space beacon using stone tools.

Storyline

When Eddie Minton dies he leaves a coded message in three letters, so that his former partner Dan won't discover the source of his wealth. The letters are lost for years in a stage coach wreck until the Vigilante finds them and traces the recipients down, with Dan Black on his trail.
