Storyline
The mysterious Red Arrow challenges The Green Arrow to a public test of skill. Red beats Green in every event. Oliver goes home and mopes in a chair, while Speedy is captured by the Cautious Calhoun gang. Red Archer accepts an invitation to join the gang, but is eventually revealed as Green Arrow in disguise.

"How would you like to examine every piece of mail in a big city of millions?"
Storyline
Absent minded Professor Rutherford misplaces the sheet of paper on which his formula for synthetic uranium is written. Thinking he might have mailed it that morning to his secretary. Johnny gets governmental permission to deliver then check on the contents of every letter in the city, all to no avail. After this tremendous feat, the professor recalls having placed the paper in his inside pocket. But he actually slipped it into that of his adjacent guest Tubby Watts. They check but it is not there, when Tubby remembers using it to wrap a piece of cake to eat later.
