Story featuring Superboy

Storyline: At a meeting of the Smallville High School Student Council, Clark suggests they form a school bank. The principal agrees as long as they get Superboy as treasurer. Clark is given the honor of making the first deposit. To solve the problem of being two people in the same place he has filmed himself in costume welcoming himself as Clark. He gives out loans to a number of students, then helps them to succeed. His biggest success lies in getting students to invest in U.S. Savings Bonds.

Story featuring Green Arrow

Storyline: Out on parole, The Black Arrow and his gang plot revenge against Green Arrow. The crook fires the arrow with the stolen jewels attached into the air. While Speedy chases it, Green Arrow finds that the gang has destroyed all the evidence of a crime by setting fire to their specially treated costumes and archery equipment. This happens again and again, and finally, by using the Arrowplane, they discover that the loot has been magnetically attracted to a blimp overhead.

Story featuring The Shining Knight

Storyline: The Shining Knight leads police to the premises of a taxidermist, and down into the cellar, where men manufacture an assortment of deadly weapons. Deprived of their supply of guns, "Brains" O'Connell hits on the idea of using swords instead, and hires a fencing master to train his gang.

Story featuring Aquaman

Storyline: Aquaman's friend Phineas Pike (alias The Sea Sleuth) sails off to adventures unknown. He is shipwrecked on a small island, and gets various creatures to aid him in building a shelter and providing material for various comforts. While searching for his missing friend, Aquaman takes time out to try and capture notorious thief Blackjack, but is covered in hot tar, which forces him to the sea bottom. Meanwhile Blackjack lands on the very island where Phineas is stranded. He spots the gang and finds a way send a morse code message underwater. Aquaman finally scrapes off the tar and responds.
