Storyline

Held captive aboard a pirate ship, Jon escapes to an island while Captain Ruff is burying his gold. Stranded there, he explores the island and finds a great horde of treasure. When Ruff returns, Jon swims out to his ship, and threatens to blow it sky high.

Storyline

The Three Aces have flown back from an adventure in Mexico and landed in Arizona. They are arrested as gold robbers, but Gunner escapes and flies to a ranch where the gold has been taken.

The Invisible Steam

Story Featuring Tex Thomson

"Back in the city after much travel..."

Storyline

Tex gets a call from Dick Dangello, editor of the Daily Press. Three of his reporters have vanished on the Isle of Akra, off the coast of Africa, while investigating a scientist who claims to have discovered an invisibility device. Tex offers to sail to Akra, where he meets up with the scientist, who orders them off the island. He picks up a gun and fires a cloud of gas at Gargantua, whose whole middle section becomes invisible. While being held captive they encounter the invisible Inspector Burke, who had been sent to investigate the murders of the three reporters.

Revolution in Verdania, Part 2

"Clip has been fighting against revolutionary forces..."

Storyline

Clip has been fighting against revolutionary forces in the Latin-American state of Verdania. Diaz tells Clip that the president has been captured by the revolutionists, and Clip vows to set him free. They fly to Punta del Sol, where they are captured and reunited with President Valdez. The trio make good their escape, and Clip declares that he will capture the Revolutionary General.
