Storyline
Superman finds what appears to be a real-live caveman frozen in an iceberg. Gob-Gob soon becomes all the rage in the better social circles and Lois adopts him as arm candy to make Clark Kent jealous (when Perry gives her a raise).

The Derelict from the Deeps!
"The rough waters of the China Seas..."
Storyline
Bill investigates a derelict ship that seems to be powered. The captain, one Shanghai, captures Congo Bill and his friend "Bad News" Haley, but falls overboard. Haley throws him a life jacket, which caused Shanghai to sink. In checking, Bill finds the life jackets stuffed with stolen gold bars.

"Bill Johnson's money has wings..."
Storyline
Bill Johnson is duped into buying a supposed magic carpet. Zatara is performing at a charity benefit, and is handed donations of jewels and cash. A bird tells him of the 'magic' carpet nearby. Zatara sprouts wings and flies to the spot, where he animates the carpet, but thieves knock Bill out and steal it. Zatara follows them and uses the carpet to wrap up a group of rogues.
