Storyline
Chemist Rex Tyler discovers a powerful chemical he calls "miraclo", and decides to put his new powers to work helping the oppressed. His first case involves the recovery of stolen pearls and the reforming of a would-be crook.

We previously credited the script to Gardner Fox. Expanded version of this story presented in Secret Origins (DC, 1986 series) #16. Rex Tyler's post office box (#28) is given in this story.
