Storyline
Since the truant officer wants Superboy to go to school, he has to pass through all the grades in one day, in order not to jeopardize his secret identity.

Storyline
Speedy begins to doubt the skill of his mentor, so Green Arrow allows three archers to contend for the right to replace him. In reality, Oliver is himself all the replacements - Red, White and Blue Arrows - a ruse to show Speedy he was wrong to doubt him.

The Great White Whale!
"Fate plays strange tricks in the deep."
Storyline
Aquaman saves Captain Mohab from being dragged under by the great white whale. Mohab orders the men who stowed a faulty harpoon in the boat to receive ten lashes apiece. Aquaman asks that the men be spared, but Mohab is quite mad with revenge against the great white which took his leg. Aquaman is knocked out from behind and tied to the yard arm. A storm breaks him free and he brings Mohab to his knees.

Concert of Crimes!
"Out of prison gates one day walk the Jail Jivers..."
Storyline
A group of convicts form a swing band called the Jail Jivers. The warden gets them early parole and they go on tour, playing music to packed houses. When crimes are committed in towns where the band plays, they become suspects and are arrested. Johnny gives one audience a performance as a one man band, playing all the instruments simultaneously. He also exposes the gang of Cracker Cole, who have been following the tour bus and committing the crimes.
