Clark is assigned to train a young reporter while they investigate The Wrecker, who causes catastrophic disasters so his gang can commit robberies.
Clark visits his friend Wong in Chinatown, who tells a story to his grandson of how Superman, in the distant past, helped a Chinese farmer defeat a dragon.
