Storyline

A rival florist is murdered when he comes to pick up a package accidentally delivered to the Drake Florist Shop. Tracking down the crooks responsible, Larry and the Black Canary discover the package contained a radioactive substance called Vinium, and that they had been using various florist shops to distribute the material.
