Story featuring Nightwing and Flamebird

Storyline: Some students run into some gunrunners in Iraq, but they are all captured by Jax-Ur, to be used as experiments in his secret lab in the land of Ur (fittingly). In Toronto, Brimstone has split into several smaller Brimstones, and is threatening the city. Nightwing and Flamebird save the day, but are in turn attacked by fighter jets. Jimmy Olsen's girlfriend Isabel is worried about him being missing, and gets Perry White to check into it. He goes to Jimmy's apartment, and finds a clue that Jimmy has hidden behind a photo. Dr. Hoshi gets invited to Dr. Pillings' lab to investigate the technology behind the Brimstone split. Nightwing and Flamebird return to an apartment in Hong Kong, review their progress in capturing the sleeper agent Kryptonians (including Jax-Ur), and discuss the Flamebird situation. Chris doesn't believe that Thara is really connected to the real Flamebird. Thara does admit that she loves Chris, and kisses him, but that triggers another aging attack in him. Dr. Pilling goes to his private lab at S.T.A.R. Labs, and we see that he is really Jax-Ur, and apparently has something to do with Flamebird and Nightwing. He is interrupted by Dr. Hoshi and Thara, who bring an aged Chris to ask for Dr. Pillings' help.
