Story Notes

The Du Bois account book entry of the text story written for this issue lists its title as "Andy Panda's Corpus Delictum." The entry is lined out in ink (whatever that signifies). The account books neither prove nor disprove Du Bois authorship. "Mermaid" does not appear, and "Corpus Delictum" is lined out. Elsewhere, lined out entries are noted "Rejected." Not here. But it IS lined out. Whatever he meant by it.

"Nice day for a stroll in the country"

"What do you want?"
