Storyline

In prison, the Toyman builds toys that are sold to his gang on the outside to show them how to plan the perfect crime. After escaping prison, Toyman has a scheme to steal signatures from rich people to use to steal their wealth. When Lois discovers his plan, Toyman takes her prisoner, and Superman must rescue her from a trap of deadly toys.

Storyline

Kids from a rival school try to ruin an award sock hop party by stealing the ice cream and Tootsie Rolls. Captain Tootsie tracks them down and saves the ice cream and also replaces the Tootsie Rolls the thieves had eaten.
