Storyline: A worker is drugged by his boss when he discovers that she manufactures burglar tools in order to make it appear as though he has been drinking. She murders his friend whom he had confided in in such a way as to make him the fall guy. Torch and Toro figure out who the guilty party really is and hand her over to the police.

Story featuring Namor the Sub-Mariner

Storyline: Namora is the lone survivor of a massacre perpetrated by "Stoop" Richards and his gang when they plundered her undersea home for pearls. Among the dead was her father. That evening, Namor finds Namora amid the carnage, and they set out to find the murderers, eventually confronting them twice — first on Blue Rose, a gambling ship, and then on a small island known as Silver Rock. The cousins apprehend Richards and his men and hand them over to the police. Namor then introduces Namora to Betty Dean, who takes in the homeless princess.
