Storyline

Specs Dour has a plan to make prominent persons become unhinged, then blackmail their families. Superman is forced to take the potion which causes the mania, on threat of Lois's life. He finally gets caught on a Pacific atoll in the blast of an 'old' atom bomb, which clears his head.

Storyline

A youngster has been swindled out of a thousand dollars and given supposed ownership of a bridge. Henry discovers the lad seeking to collect a toll for people using the bridge, informs him that the deed is a forgery, and sets out to round up the foul felon, then discovers the crook has swindled others as well.
