Storyline
The "discovery" of a new star by a friend of Ted Knight leads Starman to discover that this star is actually an ordinary electric light bulb suspended in the air by a balloon filled with light gas! And it's being used to send information to Puggy Randall's old pals in the state prison in regards to a break-out.
