The Coming of the Young All-Stars

In between, Axis Amerika kills Dyna-Mite's mentor and partner, TNT (as the All-Star's first casualty), and his soul is collected by Gudra to be sent to Valhalla, but her attempt to collect Dyna's soul is thwarted by the appearance of 'Iron' Munro.
