"The sky weeps"

Storyline

Spider-Man and Moon Knight get mixed up in the internal struggles of Chinatown when the White Dragon and his gang try to take power from the ruling Tiger's Claw. Peter's old college chum, Philip Chang, finds himself at the center of the conflict and a direct target of White Dragon but refuses to fight as he has taken a pacific vow.
