intro and origin of the Agents of Atlantis- a super-group of underwater international super-heroes: Vortex (can shift in time), Thunderbolt, Nebula (female, turns into a gas), Samson, Neptune (super strong), Dolphin (Outcast). Intro Hurricane (controls air currents); Outcast changes name to Dolphin; vs Ashtoreth, Lord of Chaos. Continued from previous story.
