Source of prior indexer's Don Warfield attribution is unknown. Story is divided in to three chapters: (1) Blinded by the Light!, (2) Bloodbath in the Body Banks!, (3) Win, Lose or Draw?! but there is no overarching title for the story as a whole, hence the use of the 1st chapter title as the de facto main title.
