Storyline

Superman travels to the World War II era to track down Vandal Savage. Lex Luthor reveals how things came to be that Vandal Savage rules the world. The story involves a seer in ancient Sumer telling Savage that he could be a great ruler on Earth One. So Savage planted special "time bombs" to alter the past, making him ruler. Jimmy goes to the past to help Superman, not knowing that Luthor plans to take over. Superman is able to stop the sequence of events that will lead to Vandal Savage's rule, and everything returns to normal.

Storyline

The Atom battles Chronos, who has stolen Atom's size-changing belt and impersonated him. Atom escapes Chronos' dastardly trap involving a blender and pancake syrup.
