OMAC learns the Global Peace Agency were really aliens that were trying to prevent the great disaster that was coming.
Originally intended for the never published Kamandi, the Last Boy on Earth (DC, 1972 series) #60. There were some minor dialogue changes to remove references to nuclear disaster and page 3, panel 2 is redrawn from the original version.
