Storyline: A ventriloquist uses a dog in his act in place of a dummy. When a fire breaks out the dog leads people out by speaking and the ventriloquist gets credit for it, but the ventriloquist denies speaking.

Storyline: A man sees mannequins move during the business hours of the store, and stays until closing. When the mannequins step down from their positions he berates them for nearly being caught, since he was another living mannequin all along.

Storyline: A man hears the story of a wooden idol which points to an expensive gem and gets his buddies to follow him to Africa. The natives shun the black raven as evil magic, and their luck seems to get worse and worse as they head deeper into the continent's interior, until his friends desert him to head back to civilization. He finds himself pursued by lions, and with a snake pit in front of him, he hurls the statue against the rocks where it breaks apart. When he does this, the lions turn away, but he sees that the gem was concealed within the statue, and it now rests at the bottom of the snake pit.

Storyline: Judomaster steals a Japanese airplane to fly to Japan to destroy a super rocket. He destroys the missile with the plane and makes his way to Tokyo, where he destroys the plans for the rocket. He is captured and forced to make a radio propaganda speech against the Allies.
