The Clutching Hand

Storyline: The producers of an oddities exhibit strike it rich when a suspended hand appears in their booth. The more honest one discovers that the hand is part of a stranded extra-dimensional being and frees it, enraging his crooked partner, who takes the profits and leaves, leaving his partner to collect a reward in gold from the being.

Where Walks the Ghost

Storyline: An escaped convict looks to buy a house that has the reputation of being haunted so people will steer clear of him, but when he meets up with a real estate agent turns out to be the ghost that haunts the prospective property, he turns himself in to the police for his own protection.

Escape to...Nowhere!

Storyline: A convict in a prison hospital is set to return to death row when he is better so he doesn't want the doctor to dismiss him. A fellow prisoner across the room has a window view and the convict is pleasantly surprised to learn that there are no bars on the window. He resolves to make a break for it after nightfall, but when he slips out the window, he learns the reason there are no bars is that the hospital room is several stories above the ground.

Storyline: An Egyptian and a tourist see the Sphinx come to life and chase off Alien invaders.

Trapped Between Two Worlds!

Storyline: A scientist working on a matter transporting device accidentally transports himself to a distant planet of warlike aliens. They read his mind in order to use his device for conquest. He steals back their record of his thoughts and escapes back to Earth, where he destroys his machine to prevent anyone using it to invade.
