Storyline
While investigating the disappearance of several celebrities, Batman encounters a couple of misfits with deformities. Dick Grayson visits Gotham with his girlfriend Lori, who is in town to try to help her ex-boyfriend. The Huntress arrives from Earth-Two looking for advice on crime-fighting, Batman takes her to meet former Batwoman Kathy Kane to compare notes. Kathy is currently working at an amusement park where the freaks Batman previously encountered live, while Dick tracks Lori who has also gone to the same park to meet her ex. There is a sinister connection behind these events.

Storyline
When the Huntress comes to Batwoman for advice on being a super-heroine, Batwoman decides to reach out to Batgirl who is closer in age to Huntress. Meanwhile, a criminal fortune-teller named Madame Zodiac aides Poison Ivy and Catwoman in their battles against Batgirl and the Huntress in order to gain access to a mysterious object.
