Story Featuring Green Lantern and Green Arrow

On Oa, the Green Lantern Corps and the Guardians have been freed from being controlled mentally, but now must determine who was behind it. Meanwhile on Earth, Green Arrow and Black Canary battle terrorists who attempt to kidnap Carol Ferris, but during the battle Katma Tui disappears.
