Story Featuring Green Lantern and Green Arrow

Storyline

Aliens capture assorted earthlings to help colonize a desolate planet with other captured beings, but Green Lantern breaks up the scheme. Some persons return home and some persons elect to stay and colonize, and meanwhile Green Arrow is kidnapped by the Federal Intelligence Agency.

Credits for script, pencils and inks confirmed from Julius Schwartz's editorial records, provided by DC Comics. Green Arrow logo not on splash/story title page. Story references Green Lantern #90, showing that the rings can change shape. The FIA agent's badge is signed by an "M. Helm" and a "J. Bond," references to two famous fictional spies, Matt Helm and James Bond. Phantom Stranger appears in panel 4, page 16; confirmed in letters column of issue #95.
