The Forest of Traps!

Story featuring Robin Hood

Storyline: Robin's men are shunned in formerly-friendly villages, accused of looting. Robin's Merrie Men track the imposters, but Robin is braced by a master swordsman he barely defeats. More imposters have a master quarter-staffer who fights Robin on a spinning log. Finally a master archer trades arrows with Robin until he pins the imposter's shield to a tree. Prince John's men rush in, but Robin's band topples a wagon atop them - and are greeted as heroes by villagers.

The Bow That Couldn't Be Bent!

Story featuring Robin Hood

Storyline: "A tale about the Ace Archer when he was a boy" In his boyhood, Robin shirks knightly training to wander the forest. Old Hugh secretly teaches the boy archer, but his huge bow is too mighty for Robin to bend. When brigands attack, Robin bends the bow and drives them off. Returning home, his father is challenged by vicious knights in a joust to the death! Honor demands. From cover, Robin shoots arrows to bowl evil knights from the saddle, saving the day. Yet he's chastened by his father for "wasting time with Old Hugh". Maybe someday he'll use the bow against villainy...

Storyline: Baldur, a wandering "seer", beats the sacred drum and demands Jon be driven out else the village will be ruined. Jon moves up the fjord to a glacier full of frozen "glacier beasts" (mammoths). A volcano erupts and the heat frees the mammoths to stampede toward the village. Jon sails his ice boat before them, hacks the ice, and drops the beasts into the freezing water. The village is saved. And wicked Baldur fled for his life!
