The Monster Society of Evil Chapter IV: Glaciers Over America
Storyline: Dr. Sivana is carrying out Mr. Mind's latest plan, to use Alaskan glaciers to plunge the United States into freezing temperatures during the summer. Captain Marvel thwarts the villains' intentions, but then Sivana manages to encase Billy in a block of ice, where he can't say his magic word.
