Storyline

The head of UBC TV believes that the GBS TV network (at which Clark Kent works) owns Superman. He wants a super-hero for his network. Dr. Silverstone creates the Blackrock suit for UBC. Superman and Blackrock get in each others' way to stop bank robbers. But who is Blackrock?

Storyline

Lex Luthor reveals his plan. He masqueraded as Danny Harris to get close to Black Canary and use his hypno-gun to make her try to kill Green Arrow. But Black Canary hypnotizes herself to see Lex Luthor as Green Arrow, enabling her to attack him. He escapes, but this breaks the spell. The real Green Arrow arrives to help Black Canary find the real Danny Harris.
