Storyline

In this previously untold story, Doctor Light makes the Leaguers forget their own real identities and assume one belonging to another hero. After the villain is defeated, the heroes resolve to share their secret identities from now on.

Dr. Light explains that his plot is inspired by his first encounter with the JLA (Justice League of America #12 - June 1962) in which he was defeated because Superman and Batman switched costumes to trick him into using the wrong weapons against them. This story evidently occurs between Green Arrow losing his wealth, and Black Canary joining the Justice League. Both happened in JLA #75.
