Storyline

Hulk swims ashore in New York City just in time to assist Hawkeye in taking on the electrical menace of Zzzax. Meanwhile, in Russia, Talbot and his forces successfully rescue Thunderbolt Ross from his captors but Talbot ends up getting captured himself.
