Story Featuring Superman

Storyline

Leslie, a talk show host, displays electrical powers after being fired and becomes Livewire. Lois, held captive by Leslie's half-brother Willis, attends Willis's "prom". Livewire attacks Superman and in the battle tells him that Lois is a prisoner. Meanwhile, Lois gets the drop on Willis and flees, but he pursues. Superman defeats Livewire, and she tells him where Lois is. Superman prevents Willis from shooting Lois. Two nights later, Superman attends the Shabbos dinner at the Schumans's.

Story continued from the previous issue. Livewire was first introduced in the Superman The Animated Series on TV years earlier; this is her first DC Universe comic appearance.
