Storyline

When aliens arrive on Earth seeking a criminal who escaped from their planet, Superman and Batman offer to help find the alien fugitive, but soon become suspicious that the pursuing aliens have an underlying agenda.

Page one mis-quotes Bob Dylan's Desolation Row: "At night the superhuman crew...arrest eveyone who knows more than they do." Best of DC #20 corrects the line: "Now at midnight the agents and the superhuman crew...come out and round up everyone...that knows more than they do." The message came through anyway.
