The Tune of Terrific Toby
Storyline
When Toby Weems stages a phony rescue of his office staff from a so-called bomb, he becomes a hero, which has some advantages with scaring underworld hoods. But his ego begins bothering him, so he seeks out Starman to help make him a real hero!
