Storyline: While escaping from a crime scene, Eel O'Brian has a vat of acid dumped on his head, giving him the ability to stretch his body. Eel decides he doesn't want to be a criminal any more and uses his newly found powers to capture his former partners in crime.

Storyline: When Woozy saves the life of Zambi the Soothsayer, little did he realize that he'd be rewarded with invulnerability and immunity to pain. To decide his course in life, he flips a coin and pursues a life of crime, soon becoming partners with Eel O'Brian. Plas talks Woozy into turning himself in, but when he does, the Police discover that Woozy's powers prevent him from being held. So a deal is made for Woozy to help Plastic Man capture Eel O'Brian!
