Storyline: Torch and Toro are aboard a Canadian train when it is attacked by Von Belch's planes. Torch discovers that the Nazis had stockpiled gas and aluminum in Canada even before war broke out for use in constructing munitions. Von Belch is defeated and turned over to authorities.
