Storyline

Atlantis has been voluntarily turned over to the Nazis in exchange for protection against the Americans. The Human Torch has been captured and controlled by the Nazis and somehow has had his heat powers increased many times over normal. Namor and Captain America have been captured in Atlantis by the Nazis and Namor's mother, Fen.
