Butterfly Hunting

Storyline: Pierre swallows a butterfly; he hangs an x-ray of the butterfly in his stomach next to his butterfly collection.

Untitled Story

Storyline: Hoping to panic the Moodyland crowd into thinking a gorilla has escaped, Sharp has invaded Moodyland in his King Kongo costume. Nobody is afraid and he can't understand why. Everyone wants their picture taken with him until they see another gorilla in a cage and confusion rains, because they now think Mr.Sharp is a real gorilla. Sharp runs into Fud, both in their gorilla costumes and both thinking the other is a "real" gorilla. The police arrive with orders to shoot to kill. Sharp runs off with "Baby" on his back and in trying to escape, jumps into the rhino pit by accident.

Storyline: The kids in school are talking about the mayor. Some think he's a crook and some think he's doing a good job. If you live in a country that guarantees freedom of speech, can you say anything you want to about the mayor, or do you need proof? If you hear others say he's a crook, does that mean it's true? Helen asks Marge how much her dress costs and Helen doesn't want to answer directly and is evasive. Is it right for Helen to ask such a question of Marge? John told everyone that Joan was terrible in the play. Should he have said that? Everyone knows its true. Is he being fair to her?

Storyline: A look at how a record is able to reproduce sounds and several experiments you can perform at home involving sound and vibrations.

Storyline: An old salt finds a boy and girl on the docks of Boston harbor, where the USS Constitution is docked, but the kids are more impressed at seeing a submarine and aircraft carrier. The sailor tells them that the modern ships are wonderful units of the navy, but the real star of the fleet is the USS Constitution (Old Ironsides). He then proceeds to tell them the history of Old Ironsides.

Storyline: On a busy city street, police officer Herb Kelly witnesses a bicycle accident due to a boy on a bicycle carrying a rider on his handlebars. Officer Kelly gives a lecture to a group of children on bicycle safety, right there on the sidewalk.

Story featuring Chuck White

Storyline: Chuck suspects Spud Rankin of blackmailing Rocky Stoner into throwing baseball games so that the gambler can win sure bets. Chuck tells Rocky to make a clean break with Spud, or the Cleveland Indians will never consider hiring him. After practice, Dusty, Hal and Chuck all see Rocky getting into Spud's car and wonder why the ball player is consorting with a known gambler.
